For those who haven't been since they upgraded and renovated last month, the Academy sound system is slamming -- if you thought the low-end was good before, come let your chest feel the difference now!
Special guests this month are a live act called "Meet Me at the Gates". This crew is a live act featuring on-the-fly sampling and loop cutting, live instruments, dancers and 100% improvisation from beginning to end. The sound leans more toward the dub-techno side, but for those who love bass and love a good party, you will not be disappointed...
