| Description: | In the early 90's, Parabolic a.k.a. Martin Poitras is introduced to electronic music while performing with bands ranging from acoustic rock to hardcore in venues around Montreal. Later, while pursuing studies in classical music, techno continues to intrigue and influence him. In 1999, his enthusiasm and involvement with techno music intensifies as he begins the process of crafting his own electronic signature and developing a unique sound : intense, abrasive and mesmerizing. Since then, Parabolic has continued producing and performing in clubs and parties in and around Montreal, sparing no one with his destroying pounding techno sets. |
