| Description: | As the Montreal-based label Chez.Kito.Kat Records prepares to celebrate 20 years of activity this coming fall, it is presenting a special double ambient album release by the new Montreal generation, Vivian Li and Dan Planet, distributed by Underscope.
To celebrate this double release and bid farewell to White Wall Studio (which will unfortunately be closing its doors permanently this summer) we have decided to organize an event worthy of the talent of these young artists by hosting a live ambient evening. Vivian Li and Dan will each perform live sets inspired by their respective albums, while the duo Safia Nihil, heads of the Chez.Kito.Kat Records label, will open the night with a selection of their current inspirations.
Limited-edition cassette versions of both albums will be available, along with a label merchandise stand. This is a BYOB event, and you are welcome to bring cushions or yoga mats for added comfort. We strongly encourage you to purchase your tickets in advance, as capacity is limited. |
