TVA (tee-Vee-A) are touring up north from Florida, with Montréal being their
northern most stop on their 3 week jaunt around eastern North America. Between
their no nonsense rock n roll sound and acute lyrical awareness about the
absurdity of modern life, there is something for everyone. FFO Velvet
Underground, Jonathan Richmond, Zounds, The Feelies, Early Flying Nun Records

Local psych rockers Slow Dawn will be on the bill as well. Their music is a
cacophony of reverberating distortion, swirls of echoing vocals, droning horns,
and a steady din of plodding drums. Their sound moves quickly and efficiently
through a range of territories that include post-punk, psych, krautrock, noise,
and even a little bit of goth. FFO Meatbodies, Thee Oh Sees, Spacemen 3,

Doors are at 8pm. Music is at 9pm. There is a $10-15 suggested donation paid at
