Balloon Time

Balloon Time is a San Francisco-based duo featuring Farley Miller (drums) and
Theo Slavin (guitar). The group draws its sonic vocabulary from genres like
noise, punk, free jazz, and acid house, churning up ideas in high-energy live
performances that stress catharsis and fun. It’s Time For Balloon Time, their
debut tape out now on Drongo Records, captures the raw adventurousness of the
duo’s third time playing together at Secret Studios in SF.
In addition to Balloon Time, Farley currently performs with the Montreal-based
artist Ky (Constellation Records). Theo currently plays with San Francisco punks
Sutros, and is best known for his work with math-rock duo The Brankas. Both also
play with the Oakland-based band Feefawfum, which Spotify says is “crank wave" .
