As I stand here in Canada, my heart and mind are in Lebanon. All the explosions, displaced families, people dying, destruction, suffering... as if the explosion on August 4 2020, wasn’t enough. This is all draining me.
@beirutsynthcenter, @tuneforkstudios, and many other collectives are providing help, food, basic needs, shelters, and much more. I felt compelled to do something and join those who are donating and doing what they can to help Lebanon.
Without all the DJs, @barbossa.mtl, @thestudiofig (artwork), and @8_lunarphases (photographer), I wouldn't have been able to organize this fundraising. You are all amazing souls, and I can't thank you enough.
