| Description: | Another episode of our classic events ''Logic Vision meets'', this time we invit a huge artist from Wildthings records. We present you the official Montreal album launch party of the german psytrance veteran Jay Kassel aka SOUTHWILD (Rastaliens).
Jay is an electronic music producer from the south(wild) Black-Forrest in Germany. Together with his friend Ralph(Braincell/Solarspectrum) founded the psychedelic trance project Rastaliens about 13 years ago... over the years of playing in clubs and festivals worldwide Rastaliens got well known by manny people for psytrance with an funny unique style.
Southwild is Jay's new project and in 2010 he joined the UK based label Wildthings records wich is a solid established label for twisted positive psychedelic trance. He also works with other musicans arround the globe and did collaborations with Ajja,Evp, Ekoplex,Primordial Ooze,Random, Braincell and other friends in the psytrance scene.

A native of Eastern Canada, DJ Mandelbrot (Rob Cooper) has become well recognized in his local tribe for unleashing cutting edge psygressive trance, always emphasizing the ‘trip’ and vibing with the energy of the dancefloor. Inspired by the raw beauty of nature, Mandelbrot specializes in long open-air sets that explore many moods on many tangents. Reverence for the awesome power of sacred (or fractal) geometry led Rob to choose the name “Mandelbrot”, in honour of the late great mathematician Dr. Benoit Mandelbrot, the man who coined the term ‘fractal’.
