| Description: | Furthering the Remedy mandate of providing high-quality tech-house grooves, we’re proud to announce the arrival of Ian Guthrie – producer of Toronto’s legendary Fukhouse events, and one of T.O.'s staple techno-house selectors. His roots in the seminal promotional organization, Transcendence, led to a two-year stint hosting his monthly Saturday night at the infamous Industry Nightclub. Fukhouse continues these days at Toronto's best underground club venue, System Soundbar, and has featured international guests including “Evil” Eddie Richards (U.K.), Steve Bug (Germany), Dave Mothersole (U.K.), and Aril Brikha (Sweden), to name but a few. Ian's style is rooted in tech-house, but swerves towards deeper techno sounds when the time is right. Joining Ian will be Remedy resident Noah Pred, who plans to warm things up with his patent blend of soulful techno-funk and dubby atmospherics to make this another solid night... |
