| Description: | For the longest time, we've been wanting to rotate some new blood into the FOCUS events at the Guvernment. The only thing holding us back from doing that is our inability to deciding just who it should be.
We've had so many people ask to play that it wouldn't be fair for us to just pick one and not the other. So, we thought of a better solution:
The FOCUS New Blood DJ Competition
Here's how it works:
- On Friday, August 19th, the competition will begin at Footwork.
- The set times will be drawn at random night before the night before. No favoritism. Each DJ will get one hour to show what he/she is made of.
- To make it even fairer, none of the competitors will be stuck with the opening slot. In a rare occurance, FOCUS resident D-MONIC will open the night.
- The winner is chosen by crowd votes.
The Prize: The winner will recieve a slot at an upcoming holiday weekend event at the Guvernment Entertainment Complex.
