Description: | The concept for Level 4 Productions’ annual springtime gathering is a focus on unconventional approaches to dancefloor-oriented electronic music. Having been inspired over the last year by innovative DJs cutting, chopping and juggling electronic, dancefloor oriented beats, we've decided to throw an event showcasing this phenomenon. To this end, Canadian DMC finalist DJ Mana presents a special Electro/Techno set, and Atlantic DMC finalist Rain Force will display his unique brand of House music turntablism. Moreover, Toronto/Brazil hard techno producer Patrick DSP performs a live PA, switching things up with a medium often reserved for experimental or minimal forms of music. The title implies, perhaps, that the event will educate listeners and attendees to new ways of presenting traditional forms of club, rave and afterhours music. Basically, these DJs will school yo' ass. Mad skills for the dancefloor. |
