Everyone asks "wtf's a Blackout Party?" First, every light in the club is replaced with a blacklight bulb (the effect when an entire building is saturated with these is wicked), we decorate our asses off with trippy glowy stuff, hand out the UV reactive bodypaint and this year we've even got another visual surprise up our sleeves.... |
