| Info: | At Sundaze, we're giving all our residents DJ's their chance to shine with a CD release party and the "headlining" timeslot to share their favourite music with all of you.
We're in the process of putting up our sundaze.ca website, and soon the regular CD releases from all our residents will be available for free download to anyone. For now, though... we'll have these Summer Spotlights to give you a taste of what's available when we launch our website in the fall.
This week we're continuing our Summer Spotlight series of talented resident DJs with none other than the infamous:
EASTON ELLIS (G-Spot, Re-Birth, Pulse T.O)
There will be limited free advance copies of the featured DJ's *DOUBLE CD SET*, given from the DJ's hands into yours, well before the release on the sundaze.ca website. A quote from Easton about his mix CDs:
"My cd has theme behind it dedicated to one of the summer's best movies: War of the Worlds! The art work is custom made by TD. Not many promo cd's these days have themes behind them. I find that it's good to show a more 'artistic' selection... something more than track selection and mixing quality. Alot of thought went into this double cd set. I wanted to show you an new sound I am pushing, but in 2 totally different lights. ENJOY"
Joining this long-time Sundaze resident in stirring up some trouble on the dancefloor is a special guest DJ:
CHRIS GIRARD
Chris began mixing music on a local university radio station with good friends, and soon afterward started to produce his own music. In the early stages of his production career, Christopher had been able to work with respectable artist Roel H (www.roelh.com), and is currently working on numerous solo projects of his own. Other co-projects are also in the works with artists such as Storyteller (www.storytellermusic.nl), and Hugo G.
Chris' current musical style has been described as "a deep blend of subtle emotive melodies forced together with pudgy beats and concrete bass."

As always at Sundaze, we offer complimentary fresh fruit platters in the mornings for our patrons.
Every Sundaze/Saturdaze at 11am, we announce the winner of the draw for a $50 bar tab. (Each beverage you buy beforehand -Red Bull, water, juice, etc- gets you 1 ballot, but you have to be in the bar before 11am to hear the draw announcement and collect!). ;)
